Transcend’s Group Coaching offering focuses on groups of like people, such as mid level managers from across the organization, who share a common context and need. Management Moments©
Management Moments© combines the power of focused management training with a supportive group coaching environment to result in sustained behaviour change. Research has found that structured learning activities, followed by reinforcement through repeated and exposure to the concepts, coaching, and a supportive environment result in longer term retention of skills and behaviours.
