Management Moments©

Management Moments© combines the power of focused management training with a supportive group coaching environment to result in sustained behaviour change. Research has found that structured learning activities, followed by reinforcement through repeated exposure to the concepts, coaching, and a supportive environment result in longer term retention of skills and behaviours. Management Moments© are for you if you find that your leaders are experiencing difficulty managing their work and that of others. 

 

Each month, for 12 months, this program explores one topic that is important to individuals who manage the day-to-day operations of a team, group, business unit, or company. There are two sessions per month, spaced two weeks apart. The first is a structured, focused learning session. This is followed by the second session where, after having had time to incorporate learnings and practice the skills, the cohort comes together in a group coaching session to discuss how to apply the topic.

 
Who:  Leaders with management responsibility

 

How:  Small group sessions (8 to 12 individuals); typically cross-functional representation

 

One Management Moment training session and one group coaching session are held each month. Ideally these sessions are 2 weeks apart. The group coaching session follows the Management Moments© training session


Duration:  12 months

In total there are 24 Management Moments© modules currently available and the list of topics is growing!

 

Note: Management Moments© are customizable to the organization and there are many different options to delivering the program content.
