Coaching Programs

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The client directs the coaching process through the setting of goals and is accountable to him or her self with respect to the commitments that are made and action that is taken.

 


The role of the coach is to:

  • Be unbiased and non-judgemental
  • Support the client to meet his/her goals
  • Provide a confidential place to discuss issues and concerns
  • Be transparent in his/her interactions with the client
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest
  • Have no vested interest in the outcome of the decisions that a client may need to make or actions that a client may need to take
